The first thing I noticed is the well used use of force in the drawing as a whole but specifically impressed by the use of it in the bent leg and the sense of momentum it creates. force is the way of drawing that uses curves successfully throughout the body that it creates a sense of motion. Below
I've attached a red out line of the figure and in blue I've gone over where the momentum in the curves starts and when they finish that shows how the force travels through the body and uses shapes to create the sense of motion.

One way to think of force as to compare it to a static shape. Like below you can see that clearly the one to the right looks like something is trying to force its way out of the square shape and because of that it causes a stretch on the force side and a pinch on the opposite side as it gets pulled in the direction of the force and distorts the shape.

Now the key is to actually design these shapes and to play with this since of flow in shapes what works and what doesnt:

In the blue we can see the back and forth rhythm of the flow lines as the force travels through the body often going for a "outside-inside-outside" curve set up.  In the second draw over we just see the major shapes done in red and can see how either side of shapes always contrast against the other shapes. The back has straights that contrast against the curve of her exposed stomach. Her boobs pop out and overlap with one another and her arm as they all push forward rhythm motion that extends past her head.

If we follow the flow through the arm we see it goes up and around the shoulder to go downwards down the arm to the hand. In the shape version we see for instance the quad is ragged like a mountain range in its silhouette and is contrasted to a straighter less dynamic back thigh shape. We can then incorporate a lot in a silhouette with detail but contrast that with a simpler other side to the shape to help make it feel designed.

This is the core of good shape design, creating appealing shapes by not keeping the sides of a shape symmetrical you can play curves and straight lines off one another like she does in the legs and shoes that she wears.

Value
In the above sketch I also made some notes of the value ranges of all the individual parts of her costume and noticed that they often stay within the same value range or close to local value. It also important to notice how the rhythm carries throughout the leg even in the spots of value we see the shadows move down across her calf to her foot in and back and forth pattern as they get smaller and smaller. This is called flow and its how you can pattern shapes to point in particular directions. Below are some more notes on force and flow.
